Construction of the plant takes 22-24wks, transport is to be advised dependant on availability. Installation itself takes 3-4wks, which entails the actual installation of the machinery, monitoring and any fine tuning required to the exact needs of the purchaser.
During this time staff will be trained in the operation and maintenance of the machinery. Safety guidelines will also be established at this time and a safety booklet provided. An ongoing technical support program is also organised and provided in the sales agreement.
As part of the installation and day to day operation of the plant the purchaser will be supplied with a full toolbox of all the tools required for proper operation and maintenance of the plant, all bearings and moving parts will be pre-greased and a grease gun will be supplied.
The TRSA Tyre Recyling Plant will be held in position by chemical anchors unless specified otherwise. An experienced project management team will oversee the installation and commissioning of the plant to ensure quality results and it's efficient ongoing operation.
